Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered by default. However, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate payment charged for the same order
- Incorrect digital product delivered due to a system error
- Verified technical issue where the purchased digital product is not accessible due to an error on our system, and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting assistance provided by our support team
Refund requests must:
- Be submitted within 15 days of purchase
- Include proof of payment and relevant order details
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
- The product has already been successfully accessed or downloaded
- The issue is caused by the customer’s device, software, internet connection, or user error
- The request does not meet the conditions stated above
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, as digital products are made available immediately after successful payment.
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically via:
- Instant download access, or
- Email confirmation with access instructions
